What’s up, wonderful earthlings!

Since the last post which clearly claimed that I’m back to embracing the UAE-reality, you can only assume that I’m becoming that busy bee again. This is the part where I start daydreaming about being on top of the mountains enjoying a KIM(stay)cation at one of the most chillax beach hotels or unwinding in the presidential suite at a waterpark hotel in the Philippines. But you know what, it’s not all that bad. Instead, I am here tonight (Yes, it’s currently 12:43 AM while I type the night away) behind my desk & 13 inch screen but guess what? I am not complaining. My brain is probably not functioning so well at the moment because it’s pass bedtime, still – it is an honor for me to be able to share to you something so oozing yummy & scrumptious! Okay, maybe it isn’t such a great idea sharing my opinions about FOOD at this hour.. Oh well, because I love you guys, I shall go on anyway!

A few days back, I was given the chance to unforgettably experience & taste the high quality service and cuisine of the 5 stars;

Radisson Blu Dubai Downtown Hotel

It is truly an honor! So get excited with me and ready your tummies, and maybe grab a snack or two whilst reading through because we don’t want ourselves drooling at the end of the chat! LOL

It was pass 1 PM when we got to the hotel restaurant and was instantly warmly greeted. Once we settled in our table which was by the window to take in the afternoon sunlight, I then knew it was going to be a day to remember. Ya’ll snapchatters already know what’s about to go down! Good for you! Haha. Now, scroll with me and find out my personal verdict upon the dishes!

Lemon Pepper is a chic restaurant perfect for those who got that dainty taste. It serves a wide variety of freshly prepared and innovative options to choose from. Since it’s an international lunch buffet which starts from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, you can already tell I would shamelessly go for rounds. I got to witness the bustling open kitchen where the chefs cook live to tease our taste buds! From cooking pasta, the love affair with pizza, and lastly? Grilling some fresh seafood or meat! You get to choose, honey!

(featuring Qlocktwo watch) After surprisingly being escorted back to our seats, the execute chef of the hotel themselves surprised us with an à la carte serving! A lamb goodness topped with crunchy noodles and another set of salmon eclairs! AAAHHH-MAZING!! Both were a 10/10 for me! The hunger games has begun, and so did the rounds! First up were mushroom soup, vegetable spring rolls and pizza. Followed by Pasta with white sauce and grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce. YUM!
The time has come to satisfy my sweet tooth. I was surprised that they were serving my faves; Macaroons, tiramisu cake, white mousse, blueberry cake/mousse, and fruit tart. Obviously, I couldn’t pass. I was hella full, but you know what I saved space for the finalè. They served a looot more, by the way – you can just imagine the temptation table right there!

Overall, being welcomed whole-heartedly with such hospitable staff and chefs was a great experience. Plus, the food? Oh my goodness. Yes, my tum-tum was definitely delighted! The buffet is a 7/10 for me.
